What is your return and exchange policy?
All sales are final. House of M.A.E. does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before completing their purchase.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are shipped through USPS. Once order has been processed, shipping typically takes 2-8 business days, depending on your location and carrier transit times.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, House of M.A.E only ships within the United States
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
How will I know when my order ships?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's delivery status.
What if my package is delayed?
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high shipping volumes. Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are managed by USPS.
